Gregory S. Page

Gregory S. Page is the lead attorney for the firm. For over 30 years, Mr. Page has been a general civil litigator and trial attorney, with previous experience as in-house legal counsel for several nationally recognized title insurance companies handling claims and litigation, as well as underwriting. Mr. Page’s practice has been focused primarily on real property related matters and litigation, and general business litigation. Mr. Page is currently representing lenders, real estate brokers, and the owners and developers of residential, industrial, and commercial properties. Mr. Page also handles the filing of civil appeals and writs, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and easement, encroachment, and land use disputes/litigation.
